Moodswings and cokes.

Low energy level often spells disaster to those around me. Once I get tired, I get usually cranky and either go to sleep or just get anal.
Not a great thing for a pregnant woman to do considering that stress levels are crucial at this stage.

However maintaining a healthy diet and including tiny amounts of caffeine kind of helps.

It also helps the pounding migraines that I get now and then. Since I take absolutely nothing for in terms of painkillers - during hot season my migraines slightly increase. Very moderate intake of caffeine takes the edge off.

Nausea is at an all times high tho. Quite possibly due to the high stress levels.

Moodswings are at an all time high as of late as well.
