Very cool stuff on Kitchen Table Medicine.

Dr. Nicole had an interesting post about when to take your vitamins. Wish she would have talked about it a little more, but regardless - her posts are very interesting and informative.

Dr. Nicole wrote:

I asked her a question in regards to taking these vitamins and staying awake instead of going to sleep at night - here's waiting for the answer :)
